WELCOME

Welcome to the site designed with bloggers in mind. Laura and I decided to start this blog as a way to share personal stories about the journey we have taken as parents of monoamniotic twins. We've enlisted the help of many other monoamniotic parents and hope that the stories and pictures you find here will provide you with a more personal view of what it's like to go through a monoamniotic pregnancy. You can even link to our personal blogs. For more information and support, please visit www.monoamniotic.org.

These stories are amazing to read. I cannot relate at all to giving birth to twins, but I love to learn. The babies are beautiful!!

Awesome reads. I'm a monoamniotic twin, 28 years old. It was interesting to hear all that it takes to be pregnant with them.

Wow. I came over from Seven Clown Circus. I had no clue. And I have twin niece's. Not identical though. My youngest was born a month early and weighed 8 lb 3 oz, so I didn't have the low birth weight scare and she came home with me. I did have to stay down after she wanted to be born at 16 weeks until birth. Nothing compared to this. I'm thinking it was cake now.
